CAIRO BY BUS ONE DAY TRIP
On this one-day trip, we will visit the largest, enchanting monuments of the oldest civilization in the world, the Pyramids and the Sphinx. We will walk through the museum and enjoy viewing beautiful artifacts from the old period, relax during the lunch break and enjoy a cruise on the oldest Nile river (optional). We will also visit a perfume and papyrus factory, where you will be able to buy original souvenirs.
Description of the excursion 📜
We leave for the trip around 02:00 depending on the hotel. The journey to Cairo takes about 7 hours with occasional stops at police checkpoints and one longer break of about 30 minutes for breakfast, coffee...
Upon arrival in Cairo, we will visit the National Museum located in Tahrir Square in the center of the city and view ancient artifacts and one of the greatest treasures ever found in Egypt, the treasure of King Tutankhamun.
After the museum, we will have a rest with lunch in a restaurant, after which we will go to the Giza plateau where we will enjoy the largest and most mysterious buildings ever built, the pyramids and the sphinx. At the pyramids, you will be able to ride camels or horses, ride in carriages, or whoever wants can enter the pyramid, which is charged later.
In Cairo, we will also visit a factory of perfumes and essential oils that are made in a completely natural way, as well as a papyrus factory where you will see the production process and enjoy the beautiful papyrus that you can buy as a souvenir of this city.
In agreement with the guide, you can optionally go on a cruise on the Nile, which lasts about 45 minutes and is additionally paid for on the excursion itself.
Around 5:00 p.m., our excursion ends and we leave for Hurghada.
